Meet The Team with HR Manager, Jane :D 1. Tell a little bit about yourself! - I'm Jane Jung I have been working as HR manager with about 8 years of experience in SurplusGLOBAL. 2. What role do you play in a team at SurplusGLOBAL? - I'm managing overall HR such as recruiting, compensation, evaluation, education etc.. 3. What are 2 positive things about you? - First, I’m people person. I think I’m not really outgoing but like to get along with people. Second, I’m a good listener. I love to listen someone’s story and learn from them. And normally I don't get too excited. I like to keep myself in calm. 4. How would you like to define being part of SurplusGLOBAL team? - Being part of SurplusGLOBAL, it means you can work with most passionate, professional and kind colleagues. When I joined SurplusGLOBAL, I was surprised that all of colleagues work hard and do their job well. And if need any help, they gladly help. We work as one team. I think it’s a one of key of Surplusglobal’s continues growth. |

5. What are 3 amazing things that have happened in your life? - Amazing things that have happened in my life was that I could start my career in Malaysia. It was a great opportunity to learn diversity and start my career as HR manager at the same time. And second thing was when I delivered a cute little baby. I can't forget the warmth when I hug my baby for the first time. 6. Would you like to say something to your future colleagues? - Welcome to be SurplusGLOBAL colleague! We want to growth together with you. 7. Have you ever been outside your comfort zone? - I used to get up at 5:30 am to attend a swimming lesson for about 5 years. No matter how late I went to bed, I woke up. The reason I was able to keep doing this was because swimming was so much fun and filled me with energy. We don’t hire employees. We look for colleagues.
