We, SurplusGLOBAL, fulfill our social responsibilities and carry out social contribution for mutual growth as a member of society beyond the goal of profit making.

Semiconductor education business support

Human resource development for semiconductors is a priority for the semiconductor ecosystem. However, conventional semiconductor education tends to focus on the theoretical part because it is costly to use semiconductor equipment just for practice. SurplusGLOBAL contributes to the semiconductor ecosystem by providing on-site visits for education purposes with minimal investment by utilizing over 1,000 semiconductor equipment in stock.

We intend to support the semiconductor education business by cooperating with Korea Semiconductor Industry Association, SEMI Korea, domestic and overseas research institutes, universities, and educational institutions. In June 2020, we initiated a strategic alliance with Lime globe(Global Talent Development Company) and started supporting the semiconductor equipment education business.

We aim to establish an equipment education environment that encompasses all semiconductor processes (6", 8", 12"), and in the mid to long term, we aim to provide hands-on education to more than 2,000 people.
