We, SurplusGLOBAL, fulfill our social responsibilities and carry out social contribution for mutual growth as a member of society beyond the goal of profit making.

Employment of people with disabilities

SurplusGLOBAL has been hiring developmentally disabled employees since 2017 to create jobs for the disabled. We provide opportunities for people with disabilities to expand their social participation and economic independence. We are also striving to create an environment where both the disabled and the non-disabled can work together through regular counseling and improvement of awareness in connection with the disabled welfare center. In the semiconductor equipment cluster, we aim to hire over 15 people with developmental disabilities through the establishment of a standard workplace for the disabled by 2021.
